Coaching and Consulting Agreement & Non-Disclosure Agreement

Leah Crump Wellness

1. Parties
   By clicking the box, you ("Client") acknowledge that you are entering into this Coaching and Consulting Agreement with Leah Crump Wellness ("Coach/Consultant").
2. Services Provided
   Leah Crump Wellness agrees to provide coaching and consulting services to the Client. These services include, but are not limited to, coaching sessions, consultations, and other services as agreed upon by both parties in writing.
3. Terms of Engagement
   Coaching and consulting services will begin on a mutually agreed-upon date and will continue until terminated by either party with at least [specify notice period, e.g., “14 days”] written notice.
4. Fees
   All fees for services are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. Invoices or payment plans will be issued and must be paid in full by the specified due date.
5. Confidentiality
   Leah Crump Wellness will have access to certain personal and sensitive information ("Confidential Information") from the Client. Leah Crump Wellness agrees not to disclose this Confidential Information to any third party without the Client’s prior written consent, except as required by law.
6. Non-Disclosure Agreement
   The Client agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information provided by Leah Crump Wellness. This includes, but is not limited to, coaching methods, techniques, materials, and other proprietary business information.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
   Any materials, tools, or methodologies provided during the coaching sessions are the intellectual property of Leah Crump Wellness. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent from Leah Crump Wellness.
8. No Guarantees
   The Client understands that Leah Crump Wellness cannot guarantee specific results. The Client’s progress depends on their own commitment and actions. Leah Crump Wellness does not provide medical advice, and any recommendations made during coaching sessions are not intended as a substitute for professional medical care.
9. Limitation of Liability
   Leah Crump Wellness shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
10. Governing Law
    This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].
11. Termination
    Either party may terminate this Agreement with [specify notice period, e.g., "14 days"] written notice. If the Client chooses to terminate services before completion, any fees already paid will not be refunded.
12. Entire Agreement
    This Agreement represents the entire understanding between Leah Crump Wellness and the Client, and it supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or verbal.
13. Amendments
    Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
